General
Hoists are designed in accordance with IS 3938 and relevant India specification requirements, with first class materials used in manufacture throughout, hoist can be electrically operated in all motions or hand operated for trolley motions.
Gears
Carbon or alloy steel machine cut, hobbed teeth, helical and spur gears with solid pinions running on ball / roller / needle Bearings with oil bath lubrications. Gears can be examined without dismantling, by just opening the top cover.
Frame
All steel fabricated, machined and bolted type. the gear box is rigidly aligned with the end load plates by substantially holding transfer members which also forms the motor platform for foot mounted motors.
Controls
Hoist duty safety low voltage air break contractor type, protective control panel complete with safety self locking fuses, connectors, dust proof sheet metal housing, cable glands, is provided on every Hoist. Low voltage P.V.C. moulded type Push Button Station is suspended from the Hoist by steel support wire for convenient floor operation.
Brake
Every Hoist motor is coupled with an Electro magnetic shoe type Brake-Cutler Hammer, or Electro magnetic Disc type Brake EMCO or PETHE make, which act whenever suspending the load at any height. Hoist Brakes are easy to adjust for wear or lining renewal and rated for a minimum capacity of 150% motor running torque to ensure safe holding of the load.
Creep Speed
Creep Speed attachment can be provided in all the models with VVVF drives. We can achieve 7 variable slow speeds with this arrangements. This drive is positive and speed is unaffected by the load.
